• Vaši zakázku zhotovíme od 7 až 10 pracovních dní od schválení kalkulace a zaplacení celé zakázky.

• Regular customers may be issued a due invoice.

• We process express orders at expedited deadlines according to our current availability. We charge an extra fee.

Order process

1. Send a non-binding inquiry and get a quote: upload a preview of the motif, select the product and the required quantity. We will send you a price calculation within two business hours

2. Check and confirm the quote: approve or agree on the required delivery date, specify the required textile sizes

3. Check and confirm the digital mockup: after sending the original print data, we will create a high-resolution preview for your final approval

4. Production and delivery: we will print your order, check the quality, sort the textile by size and send the order to its destination

Proces plnění objednávky

  • Odeslání nezávazné poptávky: nahrajete náhled motivu, vyberte textil a požadované množství. Do 2 pracovních hodin vám zašleme cenovou kalkulaci
  • Schválení kalkulace: potvrdíte cenovou nabídku, schválíte nebo domluvíte požadovaný termín dodání, upřesníte požadované velikosti textilu
  • Kontrola a potvrzení digitální makety: po zasláni originálních dat pro tisk vám vytvoříme náhled ve vysokém rozlišení pro vaše konečné schválení
  • Výroba a dodání: vaši zakázku vytiskneme, zkontrolujeme kvalitu, roztřídíme textil podle velikosti a zakázku zašleme na místo určení
